The standard rate is 10% for your first 10 qualifying paid orders, 15% from your 11th order and 20% from your 21st. Each order must have an eligible service value of at least £350, excluding VAT and external costs, and be paid through our website checkout with your referral identifier. Cancelled or refunded orders do not count. Higher rates apply to future orders, without recalculating earlier commission. Settlement costs may reduce your net payout.

You may recommend any service or guide. Commission applies to service orders with an eligible value of at least £350 after discounts, excluding VAT, official or archive fees, postage and other external costs. Smaller orders do not earn commission or count towards higher tiers, and separate orders cannot be combined. For USD purchases, eligibility uses the corresponding GBP tariff for the same service scope and quantity with the same discounts and exclusions; commission is calculated on the actual eligible USD amount paid.

We supply a link containing your approved identifier, for example ?ref=anna27. It can lead to a guide or a service page. The identifier is carried through links on our website to the online purchase form. Commission applies only when the customer pays through our website checkout and your identifier is recorded for the order. Email or telephone orders and payments arranged outside the website checkout do not qualify. Attribution can be lost if a visitor removes the identifier, changes device, blocks or clears cookies, or purchases after the tracking period. See the referral rules.

Only where the community permits promotional or affiliate content. Follow the rules and make your contribution useful. Spam, unsolicited mass messages, misleading recommendations and pretending to be a past client are not acceptable.

You can recommend any of our services and link to relevant guides. You choose where to post and write your own contribution; we do not commission or approve each post. Prices are optional. If you mention them or other service details, use accurate current information from our website. Do not promise that a particular record will be found or guarantee citizenship eligibility. We agree the research scope directly with the client.

Approved partners use the link register. Add the public forum thread, article or post URL and the referral URL you used as soon as the recommendation goes live. Submit one placement at a time and return whenever you publish another.

Qualifying commission is paid by the 20th of the month after we receive the client payment. If the 20th falls on a weekend or public holiday in Poland, payment is due by the next business day. For example, a qualifying payment received on 28 May is paid out by 20 June, or the next business day. We normally pay you directly against your invoice for referral or marketing services, based on our verified commission statement. A UK sole trader can invoice under their own name; a limited company or Useme account is not required. Useme or another agreed intermediary is an optional alternative if it accepts the transaction. Your statement shows commission and any applicable settlement deductions. You supply a valid invoice and payment details and handle your own tax obligations.

No. UK partners may work as sole traders and invoice us under their own name. You can start trading before registering with HMRC, but must meet any registration and reporting requirements that apply to you. Your invoice needs your name and address, our billing details, an invoice number, invoice and service dates, a description and the amount and currency.
