Agree the partnership
Tell us where you would like to share our services. Before you start, we agree your commission, referral attribution method and payment terms in writing.

Share your referral
Use the referral link or code agreed with us in useful, relevant content: a blog, a community discussion, a newsletter or a social post.

Earn on paid research
When an eligible referral becomes a paying client, you receive the commission agreed for that referral. Clicks and enquiries alone do not earn commission.

How much commission can I earn?
The commission rate and the services it covers are agreed with each approved affiliate before promotion begins. Your written agreement also explains the calculation basis, exclusions, payment timing and what happens if a client cancels or receives a refund.
How will referrals be attributed?
Before you begin sharing, we agree a referral link or code and how it will be connected to a client enquiry. The agreement defines the attribution period, eligibility of new clients and how competing referrals are handled. Do not assume that any existing link already tracks commission.
Can I post on Reddit or forums?
Only where the community permits promotional or affiliate content. Follow the rules, clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, and make your contribution useful. Spam, unsolicited mass messages, misleading recommendations and pretending to be a past client are not acceptable.
What can I say about the service?
You can introduce our Polish genealogy research and link to relevant service pages. Do not promise that a particular record will be found, guarantee citizenship eligibility or quote prices on our behalf. We assess each enquiry and agree the research scope directly with the client.
How do I apply?
Use our contact form and begin your message with “Affiliate programme”. Include your website or profile, the audience you reach and where you plan to share our services. Please do not send other people’s personal or family details as part of your application.
